1. 适用范围

本隐私政策适用于 TDX Notification。该工具由上海珂乐闻科技发展有限公司用于内部市场研究、自动报告、邮件归档及相关工作流。

2. 访问的 Google 用户数据

在用户明确授权后，TDX Notification 可能使用 Google Gmail API 访问实现功能所需的数据，包括：

读取与自动化报告流程相关的邮件内容和元数据（例如发件人、主题、时间及正文）；
代表已授权用户发送系统生成的报告或通知邮件。

应用仅申请并使用实现既定功能所必需的权限。

3. 数据用途

Google 用户数据仅用于内部报告生成、研究处理、归档、质量核验、故障排查和自动通知等与 TDX Notification 直接相关的功能。

为完成内部研究、审计与归档流程，必要的数据可能被处理或保存在受控的内部系统中。数据保留范围和期限仅限于实现相关业务与审计目的所合理需要的程度，并采取适当的访问控制措施。

7. Google API Limited Use

8. 用户控制

用户可以随时在 Google 账户中撤销对 TDX Notification 的授权。撤销授权后，应用将无法继续通过相应 Google API 访问该账户数据。

Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to TDX Notification, an internal tool operated by Shanghai Kriswin Technology Development Co., Ltd. for market research, automated reporting, email archiving, and related workflows.

After explicit user authorization, TDX Notification may use the Google Gmail API to access data necessary to provide its functions, including:

8. User Control

Users may revoke TDX Notification's access at any time through their Google Account. After revocation, the application will no longer be able to access the account through the relevant Google APIs.
